Enterprise agreement is an agreement between an employer and its employees that will be covered by the agreement that sets the wages and conditions of those employees for a period of up to 4 years.

Casual Administration Assistant

Who we are looking for:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or administration (highly desirable)
  • At least 1 year experience as an Administrative assistant
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Aged Care facility (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Customer service focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining accurate data as required
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workloa
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Demonstrated experience with visitor booking systems

Payroll Officer

Who we are looking for:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or a Certificate III in Accounts Administration or Diploma of Payroll Services (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience working with 24/7 rostering and enterprise agreement roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working on project implementation of new payroll systems.
  • Has worked with both manual processes and payroll systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering workers compensation payments, superannuation and other leave.
  • Maintaining accurate data and system changes
  • Assist with month-end and payroll reporting
  • Being a key point of contact for all payroll queries with a strong customer service focus
  • Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax calculations, terminations and payments.
  • Experience updating and maintaining payroll records.

Who we are looking for:

You will be a team player, professional, friendly and can work a rotating roster and are available to work in both North Sydney/Woolwich homes.

  • Must have at least three years experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
  • Medications/injections endorsement
  • Wound care/wound management experience
  • Complex health care knowledge, and know how – eg diabetic management and fluid balance charts
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate services, supervise staff when necessary
  • Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy and dynamic aged care home
  • Experience supervising and working with a team

Maintenance Manager

Who we are looking for:

You will be a team player, professional, friendly and can work a regular roster within our villages/residential aged care homes.

  • Must have at least one year experience leading a team as a Maintenance Manager in Aged Care, Retirement Villages and/or property industry or other similar industry
  • Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver work for both planned and responsive maintenance.
  • Management of staff and resources to ensure maintenance requests are prioritised appropriately.
  • Overseeing / project managing minor capital works projects.
  • Contractor performance management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and sensitive to the needs of the elderly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated understanding of legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs (eg WHS, Fire/Evacuation).
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride in personal appearance.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of BCA, State and local codes, regulations, bylaws and policies
  • Experience managing a budget (desirable)
  • An engineering, building or trade qualification / background (highly regarded)

  • Current Driver License
  • Fire Officer Certification or willing to obtain
  • First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain

Who we are looking for:

The Care Services Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership, advice, planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical delivery to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff is constantly maintained. The role has a key focus on resident care planning, funding maximisation, quality assurance and continuous improvement, maintaining accreditation standards, overseeing the provision of specialised nursing care to residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that our consumers receive the care they need with dignity, respect and involving them in all decisions about their health.

Essential

  • Tertiary qualifications in Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration
  • Minimum three years’ experience in Aged Care, preferably in residential

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate tertiary qualification in management or related field
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Residential Aged Care industry.
  • Ability to assess the operational performance of care services and capacity to develop strategies to improve performance and quality of care delivered to clients.
  • Sound knowledge of compliance processes, risk management and continuous quality improvement principles.
  • Current unrestricted full NSW Drivers License
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to all management and staff.

    Aged Care Employee

    Our ACE provide support to our elderly  by assisting with daily activities and personal tasks. This often includes but not limited providing support with eating, showering, dressing, tidying and cleaning.

    Aged Care Employee - Level 4

    Operating under the direction of the Aged Care Management team and Registered Nurses. As the ACE 4 Team Leader you will be leading and supervising a team of employees working as carers and/or in support services. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance and continuously improving the residential aged care services.
