How do I log into E-Case
You can log into E-case via following
1. By visiting https://jmv.healthmetrics.com.au/main.php
2. Accessing eCase Shortcut on the computer
3. Accessing eCase Icon your Tablet or Mobile device
How do I change my Password
Once you log in to the system using your temp password
You can change your password on main screen – by Clicking on MENU (Left side) and then selecting Change Password
To help keep your information safe, your password must contain: At least 10 characters . At least 3 one of the following: uppercase, lowercase, and special character.
I forgot my password
Please click on
“Forgot your password” on the main login screen and you will receive temp password in your work email
Can I still use PCS
No, PCS will not accessible. all the resident care documentation must be done in eCase after we go live
Who do I contact if there is any issue
Please contact your RN / Care services manager for any issue related to system education / clinical issue
Please contact IT for any system issue
