Dear Staff

Over the past months we have witnessed many changes to the way we are required to deliver care and services to our wonderful elders; these changes while partly due to COVID-19 I believe only serve to push us further into the world of excellence. I know what you do everyday is always in the best interest of our people, their families and James Milson Village.

It is your work practice, diligence and belief in our systems and processes that provide the comfort that what we do is right and we are at the forefront of an “always excellence” mantra that we strive for.  Thank you and congratulations.

Attached here are documents that are new to our world and well worth reading and appraising yourselves of; these documents are the new wave of requirements for us to achieve across our compliance framework. Although we are already doing a lot of this it is always the professional approach and useful to be across developments.
