James Milson Village team are excited to announce the launch of Employment Hero in our organisation.
Next Month, you will be receiving an email from the Employment Hero platform to set up your login. You will be required to create a password and will then be directed to the employee self-service page where you will need to revise your details and enter any additional or compulsory information that is not already on your Employment Hero profile. Please note most of the information we will upload at our end before sending you the invitation.
When you receive your login email, please complete the following:
- Check/complete your details as prompted
- Upload certifications for review
- Review and acknowledge all policies / induction content
- Download the mobile app to submit leave, timesheets and view payslips on the go: iPhone , Android

After Management discussion and due diligence we conducted, We looked at Pro & Cons of various software available and benefits we will get from them including efficiencies & Automation for some of the process. We collaboratively decided to go with Employment Hero to manage your employment and make things lot easier for yourself as well as organization.. The platform will manage your employee file, contracts, policies, leave management and payslips. We will also use Employment Hero to manage other HR and payroll functions including your timesheets, rostering, time and attendance, performance reviews and other features.
As an employee, it’s your responsibility to ensure all this information is up to date. By being in control of your own employee file, you can:
