Department of health invite health professionals who refer clients to aged care services to participate in a 30–45 minute online forum. If you are interested, email your name, phone number, location and position to MRU@health.gov.au by 31 January 2020.

The department has commissioned Whereto Research to undertake social research into how we communicate with My Aged Care users about accessing services.

The research will involve consultations with professionals involved in registering, referring and assessing clients with My Aged Care, including assessors. Consultations will be held in February and early March 2020.
